The Software Support Representative serves as an integral part of our team by providing software support to our clients in the U.S. and Canada.

 

You will be trained in a Support role and provide assistance in answering client inquiries as needed. The position’s main responsibilities include:

 

·         Deliver support and training to end users, primarily by phone and remote online log in sessions

·         Document support questions and answers covered during training calls and follow up on questions

 

You will serve as a problem solver and customer service liaison.  To be successful in this role you must be a natural people person who is organized, calm under pressure, adept with details and excellent at follow up. You must be comfortable interfacing with owners and staff members at very small to very large contracting firms.

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems

·         Knowledge of integrated business systems, especially job-based systems

·         Working knowledge of basic networking; including drive mapping and active directory is a plus
