(ROCKVILLE, MD) May 12, 2009 The Tech Council of Maryland (TCM) today announced that Casey Coleman, CIO of the General Services Administration (GSA) will deliver the lunch keynote address at the inaugural Mid-Atlantic Women & Technology Conference, June 11, 2009, in Washington, DC.

In her role with GSA, Ms. Coleman is responsible for all Agency information technology, policy, information assurance and architecture. She manages the Agency's $550+ million IT program, overseeing management, acquisition and integration of GSA information resources. Ms. Coleman oversees all IT strategic planning, capital planning, systems development, information security, enterprise architecture, and e-government. She advises the GSA Administrator on all IT issues; managing a staff of 234 employees and over 300 contractors.
