Mission Statement

The mission of the Tech Council of Maryland's Capital Formation Committee is to provide a forum in which early stage technology and biotechnology companies can meet and learn from venture capitalists, angel investors and other entrepreneurs.

How to Join

All Capital Formation Committee events are open to TCM members and non-members alike who have an interest in being part of events that focus on the region’s innovation and entrepreneurship. To serve on the Capital Formation Committee, you must be a member of TCM.
