Eligible companies:
The TCM Annual Tech Awards are open to all companies who have done business in Maryland during 2006.

Awards deadline:
The final closing date for entries to the TCM Annual Tech Awards is COB March 30, 2007.

Entry form submissions:
Entries and supporting material must be submitted via email to Michelle Ferrone at mferrone@techcouncilmd.com by the deadline date. When submitting an entry, please refer to the criteria information in this document. Review the bullet points under the category and use them as a guideline for the detailed information under Part III.

Multiple entries:
Multiple entries are permitted in any category and all entries will be judged separately.

Judging process:
Entries will be judged on the basis of the information provided to the judges on the entry form and any additional supporting materials. The most effective nominations will include a brief company and/or product description, a brief financial performance summary, a report on the company's performance, and highlights of the executive's accomplishments and why they should be considered a winner. Submissions that include financial data will be given stronger consideration.

Confidentiality:
Entries will be strictly confidential and seen only by the judging committee.

Finalists and winners:
The judging process is comprehensive, and all finalists and winners will be recognized at the Tech Council's Annual Tech Awards Ceremony. TCM will ask that all finalists be present at the ceremony; the winners will be announced the evening of the dinner.
