The Tech Council of Maryland is proud to announce its Second Lifetime Achievement Award. The TCM Lifetime Achievement Award is given each year to a local individual who has gone above and beyond over the course of a career to serve the community at large. Recipients display commitment and leadership both in the field and within the company, fostering new ideas and encouraging creativity. The recipient also demonstrates generosity and compassion, making sure their work benefits others.

This year, TCM will honor Freeman A. Hrabowski, President of The University of Maryland, Baltimore County.  He was recently featured on 60 Minutes.  If you didn’t have a chance to watch the segment, please click here to see how the University of Maryland Baltimore County has become a powerhouse in math, science, and engineering under Freeman's leadership.
